They had us dancing and singing along to Crazy, and now Gnarls Barkley is back with their second CD installment. The Odd Couple continues to deliver the signature sound that makes this group stand out from the crowd.

Imagine heartfelt ballads over a go-go dance beat, or a surfer sound with cymbals or triangles in the background. Perhaps the unique sound comes from the diversity of its members.

Cee-Lo was once a member of rap group Goodie Mob, and Danger Mouse received a Grammy Nomination for his input on the Gorillaz sophomore album Demon Days. This CD is a definite pick-me-up , but be sure to pay attention to the lyrics. Up-tempo songs don’t always suggest carefree happy meanings!
