Get ready for the third installment of Shrek, in Shrek the Third! Puss in Boots and Donkey swap bodies, Snow White gets forest creatures on the attack, and then there are the donkey-dragon babies! But beware, Prince Charming isn't acting so charming as he sets his sights on becoming the new king of Far Far Away.
Princess Fiona's father falls tragically ill, and it is up to Shrek to decide if he will assume the thrown and be king, or to find the only other heir to the throne: Arthur a.k.a Artie. Shrek sets his sights on a far away kingdom where Artie resides, but once Artie finds out the tasks appointed to a king, he wants out.
Shrek, being Shrek, doesn't give Artie a choice, and with the help of Merlin himself, Shrek, Artie, Donkey, and Puss in Boots are magically transported back to Far Far Away.
Alas, Far Far Away is not as they left it, as Prince Charming has taken over the kingdom! Can Shrek rescue the day and bring Far Far Away back from the maniacal clutches of Prince Charming? Watch and find out!

Critique:
This is a thoroughly enjoyable film for all ages. There are jokes for all age groups to keep everyone happy and laughing, and asking for more.
All the princesses and Queen Lillian have tricks up their sleeves, getting out of hairy and scary situations. If only I knew how to head-butt a wall and make the whole thing crumble before my feet...
A definite must-have for all who enjoy sitting around with the family and having a load of laughs!
