Critique:
Carmen Electra’s Aerobic Striptease - Vegas Strip will help you stretch and tone, while teaching you a sexy Las Vegas-style dance routine. Carmen’s methodical approach to teaching her routine is particularly good for viewers who are new to dance or aerobic exercise. Accompanied by two backup dancers, Carmen goes though each series of moves slowly, both showing and telling the viewer what needs to be done, then follows that with a repeat of the series done on an 8-count, and follows up with the moves set to music.
As the lesson progresses, she strings segments together until the entire routine is done. The routine is demanding enough to work up a sweat, but choreographed at a pace that should avoid strains and sprains. The background music for the dance routine is easily the weakest feature of the routine, and the aerobic benefits could be enhanced significantly by anyone who wanted to learn the moves and do it to music with a faster beat.
The 30-minute DVD consists of the instructional video and an interview segment. The interviews include one of the back-up dancers and the choreographer, who primarily discuss working with Carmen and making the video.
Although the interviews are nicely done and may be of value to aspiring dancers or choreographers, someone buying the video for its exercise benefits will likely consider the interviews a waste of disc space. Carmen herself is not interviewed.

Different themes guided them, some were open-ended, others were scavenger hunts and others were questions only they could answer.

This is not the case with season two of ABC Family’s hit teen/sci-fi drama Kyle XY: Revelations. With the addition of Jessi (Jaimie Alexander), a teenager who may or may not be connected to Kyle (Matt ...
Drs. McNamara and Troy are back – well, sort of. This season they have absconded from Miami and opened a new practice in Los Angeles with dysfunctional friends and family in tow. L.A. City of Angels. Tinseltown. La-La Land. The place that's made a
