ACED Magazine Contest Rules

No purchase necessary. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON OR E-MAIL ADDRESS. To enter, you must complete and submit each official online entry form.

You must read and agree to the terms and conditions of these rules. Incomplete entry forms are ineligible.

ACEDMagazine.com and our partners, affiliates, or staff are not liable for any lost, delayed, stolen or incomplete entries or entries delayed or lost due to errors or delays regarding our computer systems or such issues that effect all or part of the Internet.

All entries become the property of ACEDMagazine.com upon our receipt and will not be returned. Winners are selected by random drawings. All drawing results are final. All prizes will be awarded provided that eligible entries are received.

Winners will be notified by e-mail. Prize notifications returned as undeliverable will result in awards being given to alternate winners. To win, you must provide a valid email address.

You must be at least 13 years of age to take part in the contests and you must have the permission of your parent or guardian. Your parent or guardian must supervise your completion of the entry form.

Prizes are not transferable nor redeemable for cash. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winners' names and country/state for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.

By submitting your entry you give us permission, and your parent or guardian gives us his/her permission, to post your first name and country/state on the ACEDMagazine.com web site and to announce what prize you have won.

This contest is open to anyone in any country. The odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received. Staff and/or family members of the staff of ACEDMagazine.com are not eligible, as well as any advertiser or affiliate of ACEDMagazine.com. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

In the event that this contest is compromised in any way, electronically or otherwise, in a way that is beyond the control of ACEDMagazine.com, we reserve the right to withdraw the further publication of this contest, and award the remaining prize(s) among entries received prior to the date of the contest being compromised.
